The Road To Outstanding

Dawn Hartley - Capturing Outstanding Evidence For CQC

November 16, 2018

Where do I start with Dawn? She does so much, which you will hear in this episode...

Dawn Hartley has worked in social care for over 30 years and is the Director and registered manager at Community Support Services in Halifax. She is also the chair of her local registered managers network and over recent years has grown her company to include a Best Practice Training company and started a social enterprise to provide paid employment to the people her company supports.

I really wanted to know how she fits everything in, leads a team and manages all the different aspects to her job, let alone set out on a mission to achieve "Outstanding".

Dawn is joined by a previous guest Karen Ritson, who appeared in the second series. Karen has been working with Dawn to improve her evidence for CQC and joins the conversation to share more.
